You may use a Bumxpress service only for lawful purposes, with accurate information, and for transactions you are authorised to request. You must not use another person’s identity, account or payment method without permission.
Prohibited activity
Prohibited uses include fraud, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, trafficking, exploitation, illegal gambling, unauthorised financial activity, intellectual-property abuse, malicious software, automated abuse and knowingly false information.
Review and restrictions
Bumxpress may request information, delay or reject an instruction, restrict access, preserve evidence or report activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service and to meet applicable obligations.
